An Amino Acid, mineral and herb mix formulated by Dr Ann Nyland designed to be fed with Missy's Bucket to enhance and support coat colour enrichment.
The Black Horse mix includes ingredients known to be lacking in coastal pastures especially those high in oxalates. A propitiatory blend, it has added Amino Acids, Minerals and Herbs.
This mix, when used in conjunction with Missy’s Bucket, is a good addition for horses prone to coat fading and those on Oxalate pastures.
Ingredients per serve:
Contains 100 daily doses for the average 500kg horse. Dose according to body weight.
This formula is NOT a calcium supplement. Horses on Oxalate pastures will need extra calcium added.

I like how economical the product is and the horses eat it without an issue. My horse is a Dutch friesian who bleached in the aussie sun. I’ve tried everything to keep him black, without success, but this product has got him looking blacker than before!

AustraliaOk Missys Bucket, I’m 100% convinced on your product! When Zephyr first came into my life he was very bleached and missing most of his mane. I tried a few different supplements and feeds to try to help his coat and he did get a lovely shiny and glossy coat. And although he looked beautiful, he was still looked like a bay horse. Someone on a Friesian page recommended your Black Horse supplement and being a local company, I thought we’d give it a go. Well I’m blown away! He looks stunning and is back to black! Can’t recommend enough! �
AustraliaI gotta admit, I was sceptical but after using black horse for a few months, I can attest it does what they says it does. My black Morgan would bleach terribly through summer. Here we are now in autumn and he as black as he should be and that was without rugging him at all through summer. I’m very happy with the product and would highly recommend if your black horse isn’t as black as he should be. :)

AustraliaAfter feeding Missys Bucket Black Horse to our gelding for the last 4 weeks I do believe it’s working! The difference is quite dramatic as we started using it while he still had his winter coat & now it’s pretty much shed & he is looking, sleek, super DARK & gloriously shiny. We’ll continue to use the supplement & hopefully (fingers firmly crossed) it will help minimise any sun bleaching of his lovely coat.
